A guest that cancel after checkin

Our guest reseserved for 3 months, then after staying 3 weeks they deceiced to leave at the end of the first month. My policy cancelation is strict what would happen with my payout ?

will I loose the second and third month ?

the first week she was sick I took her to the dr and she had a bronchitis, she is now full recovered and says that she is tired. 

She waks every day visits and clean every morning, so not sick anymore.
