Hello, Anyone else lose a platform message sent pre 'PRE-APPROVAL"? Last night a prospective guest sent a brief list of 3 questions he wanted answered before requesting the booking for this weekend, and I sent an answer in a detailed, but succinct paragraph. Afterward, I sent his 'PRE-Approval'. He responded shortly afterward saying he saw the 'PRE-APPROVAL" but NOT the answers to his questions. Any others have this issue? It is a new year with new format & goals to keep on top of any quirks in this AIRBNB platform, and I'm a superhost for years, also hosting an experience. Thanks! JJ Anderson
