Maria sent me a request for Jan 12-14 on my cell. Airbnb ask me to reply thru the app however it does not seem to reach her. I received her request today, 1/9/21 @ 7:16pm

Are you saying you can see a booking confirmation on your listing but can't communicate with the guest for some reason. If so you need to call Airbnb.

What do you mean by "however it does not seem to reach her" ?

A booking request can be accepted, then the reservation will be confirmed.

Did this not happen ?
