About expired booking

Hi there guest name Gaurav requested a booking 2 days ago, it got expired, now he is contacting me said he is checking in@11pm, can you tell me what should I do?

@Rebecca1207 if you want to and are able to host him, you can send him a special offer from the message thread and tell him he'll need to accept it to get a confirmed booking. If not, tell him he won't be checking in as he has no confirmed reservation.

 

Generally speaking, you will be penalized over time for letting booking requests expire without response.
