Accepting a reservation request

Yesterday a potential guest requested a reservation to take effect within a few hours.  In such a case I have to give my acceptance.

I tried several times to 'Accept'  using the button given me on my Airbb hosting page and it would not allow.  The screen simply came back to me over and over with the 'Accept' request.

I tried it at least half a dozen times with the same result. I refreshed the screen and tried again but it just did not work. Therefore I lost that guest.

I know how to do this because I have done it before in the past but this time it just did not work

Has anyone else had that experience recently?

Firstly, are you aware that Airbnb hide some of your info?

I would address these issues immediately. It looks suspicious to renters. 

And; regarding the booking window - it may be as simple as the venue being blocked for 1 night before a reservation. As this is an automated system, I suggest that no amount of overriding would work.
