I’ve recently been suspended without any knowledge of violation. I received a vague email about a potential fraudulent payment (I had recently booked 2 stays for myself later this year but the listings are super hosts and legitimate and still active). Then 2 days later, while approving a stay on my host account, a ticker at the bottom says my account is suspended! I find this very vague suspension email and don’t get a response back from this rep for 6 days!! And the response says ‘insufficient documentation provided, Unable to lift suspension’ but I’ve asked repeatedly what the violation is and why but no response! How can I provide anything if I don’t know what it’s in regards to??!! Help!!!
