Air b n b site is not functioning correctly

Two weeks ago the location maps ceased populating when searching for a rental! The if you try to get help, they send you a link to click to get help but when you do it Instantly says "Time ran out...That link won’t work now, but don’t worry—a Support agent will help you verify your account on the phone." You can forget about tooling to someone...I waited 20 minutes listen to music!!!  Fed up with Air B n B!!!!

I'm sorry to hear you were running into some issues on the platform. Is this still happening or have things settled now? If you're still experiencing it, could you please explain in a bit more details what the issue was exactly, sow e can try and advice?
