Hi all 

If anyone has any advice about starting  out managing others properties, I would love to hear from you. I am in kent , uk so I am looking to manage properties in Kent, Uk.

@Stacey351 I would start as a cleaner and work up from there. Try and see if there is a local facebook group for Airbnb hosts.

@Stacey351  Most hosts would want to see that you have experience in hosting yourself.

It's like any other service business @Stacey351 

Do some market research to identify what sort of hosts you want to offer your services to.

Identify what services you want to offer and your pricing model

Identify why hosts should use your services (rather than your competitors) what can you offer that is better/different.

Develop a marketing plan and identify a budget to market your services to those you have identified as your target customers.

If you don't have experience as an Airbnb host then you could rent out a room in your home to get some experience.
