AirBnB stole $5,000 from me

I've been a super host for 6 years.  I manage 50 listings by myself.  

AirBnB stole $4,828.17 from my payouts "by mistake" and have not responded to any of my support messages asking what is going on.

It has been over a month and they refuse to give my money back to me.  Incredibly terrible support and borderline criminal activity.

I'm sorry you've not been able to find a solution to this so far! Have you made any progress since you posted here or is it ongoing still? Could you expand a bit on what happened and how maybe, so we can try to help?
