Does anybody notice that Airbnb customer support has become less efficient that before COVID. I believe that this was part of the lay-offs that occurred recently and they have less people to attend these cases, however it is becoming a not reliable service to speak with somebody at customer support, there are long waiting times to get somebody.
Is there anything that Airbnb has manifest in improving this service?
I have a very urgent case that involved police intervention and Airbnb wasn't able to be reached which it is very frustrated situation as a host.
