Airbnb Suggestion: If less than 5 star review, ask guest what the host could have done better to earn 5 stars.

To Airbnb,

If guest gives less than 5 star review, can you add an option to ask guest what the host could have done better to earn 5 stars?  We can't improve and fix the issue if we don't know what the issue is.  All of our reviews are very positive, but sometimes we will score lower in value.  We want to understand why the guest feels that way.  They know the price before they book and we are aligned with prices in our area.  I believe that Uber has this feature that if you score less than 5, you need to indicate why.

Please help us be better hosts by obtaining this valuable information.  Thank you very much for your consideration.

When "Location" is a thing you get pinged for, just try to improve it. 

Move your property? Maybe it shouldn't be judged for stars.. but this is an old chestnut.
