Hi, I hope everybody are doing well.
Guys, what is going on with Airbnb Support ?
I remember the time when I was so impressed with their Support - their help was always prompt and efficient.
For the last few months - if I send a request, Airbnb Support replies with 10s of links and 100s of words, saying how good I’m, and bla-bla …, the whole page of useless info (what a waste of time, Airbnb and mine: Airbnb, because they spend time sending me info I didn’t ask for, and mine, because I have to read all this useless info, trying to find an actual reply to my request).
But no ACTUAL help.
They just say that they are sending my request to a Specialist, or that my request is merged with another message.
And they just “CLOSE THE CASE” - how rude is that ?
I also requested to connect me with the Quality Manager few times, but guess what - NO WAY.
They just close this request.
Now when I want to send a request to Airbnb Support, I feel stressed out in advance, because I already know what to expect - disappointment.
Is this the right way ?
How to change this situation ?
