Recurring place review obligation

Is there a way to turn off mandatory reviews for recurring places? I go back to the same place over and again and am prompted to write a review every time. It is incredibly annoying to have to write another review every time. On both ends...

You are  not obliged to write a review, just ignore the invitation to write one.

Just because you receive a prompt to write a review doesn't mean you're obligated to leave one. It looks good for both hosts and guests to have repeat stays on their review page, if those reviews are good, because it shows that the place is worth coming back to and that the guest isn't just on good behavior the first time they stay, but is always a welcome guest. However, more than a couple of these is pointlessly time-consuming, so as Emiel says, just ignore it.

Oooh I LOVED getting 10 reviews from a lady who stayed 10 times, & was a bit disappointed my 20x guest only wrote 15 or so reviews.... But then I always liked collecting brownie badges as a 7 year old! 🏅🏅🏅

-Happy to boost their profiles too!
