I’ve received these surveys numerous times for customer service feedback.
I always fill out the surveys in hopes that someone is paying attention.
Some of the the questions are not tailored to any particular experience I had, and that can make it difficult to choose the correct response.
Also, if I make a mistake on a previous page and try to go back to fix it, the system kicks me out and doesn’t allow me to start the survey again even if I return to the original email that contained the survey request.
