Hi all,
I have had a reservation confirmed via instant booking for 2 adults and a baby. However, only the 2 adults show on the reservation and they have blocked 2 rooms.
Our listing states that our property is not suitable for children or infants.
I have informed the guest that the reservation is not possible and respectfully requested him to cancel the reservation as it goes against our house rules. He will not cancel.
I am of the understanding that Airbnb can cancel reservations on my behalf, if this correct how do I do this?

You need to contact Airbnb and ask for a penalty free cancellation.

Sorry if I sound like an idiot but is there a specific way of doing that? all I keep getting is the Airbnb “Bot” replying time my messages. It gives me information on cancellations but not penalty free cancellation.
@Duncan118 You’ll need to break past the bot and speak with a human. Maybe try calling instead.
