Airbnb help center not responding for 3 days now

Anybody else experienced this?

I am trying to reach for help about a missing payout, but nobody is responding. I have sent them several messages but I get just an automated replay that a specialist will be with me as soon as they are available and then nothing happens.

The next day I tried again and the same happened?

 

Is there something going on or are they so busy? I never had this problem before.

Now I managed to get someone, explained to him about the missing payout and he said he will be rerouting my case to Airbnb support and then he disappeared. Closed communication. Ghosted me. And now I got cut out again. 

 

Anybody else experienced this?

I made a post recently to test Airbnb reactions time, where i responded to a host about an error in a Polish translation where i suggest that the technical team would get on the problem straight away if he was level 10 he'd have known it was sarcasm, guess what within an hour or two my comment was removed and I was given a slap on the hand for suggesting I was an Airbnb Employee, I must confess it sure feels like I'm an unpaid employee as I been answering Guest and Host queries on this forum every day for almost circa four years.

 

Surfeit to say, I wouldn't hold my breath for an answer
