Airbnb in Paris, France

Hello all! I have only used airbnb once but am planning on going to Paris, France in a couple months. I have found a place but there are no reviews for the place and I’m concerned about the legitimacy of the property. Can anyone chime in and provide me advice? I have attached the link to the property. Additionally, there are 2 individuals both listing the same property and both have referenced one another in the private messages I have sent them. I'd be very annoyed if I was this other man having my name used/ impersonated by a random stranger if this is what is going on, reputation damage is a serious concern all around.

The pair of them look very different in images online.

On the surface it appears as if someone may be trading on the other one's household in some parts of the world name as they don't appear to be one and the same person
