Also, if bookings were before 14th March, covid refund. Bookings after that date, regular policy applies. And then, the government bonus. It's very interesting. Many places in my area booked  solidly for the season as restrictions lifted, but now noone can leave Melbourne. All will be cancelled, no hosts will miss out. I had constant enquiries since lockdown lifted, took no bookings because I thought this would happen.
