Airbnb not answering questions

Hi all I am trying to find out about my super host statistics and  how they calculate them. No one has called back now after 2 long phone calls, has anyone else hear issues. Please let me know thanks in advance

@Tina6892 Airbnb CS reps are not reliable sources of information, so don’t waste your time there. Ask your questions here and other hosts can help you figure it out.

@Tina6892 You can see your super host stats here:

https://www.airbnb.com/performance/superhost

The stats encompass your performance over the last year and are measure each quarter. For instance, is the most recent Superhost assessment measures your performance from June 30, 2020 - July 1, 2021. Does that help? Or do you have a more specific question?
