Airbnb says I'm being investigated

We 237 reviews, our listings were suspended since now 72h and we have no clue what is going on except there is an on-going investigation. Anybody had this?

@Koa26  Hundreds of hosts have reported this happening to them. If a disgruntled guest complains about certain things (cameras, safety hazards and bedbugs are the main triggers) the hosts will immediately get suspended. It gets Kafkaesque from there on, as they won't tell you what you're under suspicion for, and the so-called "investigation" doesn't involve any actual fact collection. If you make enough noise, the suspension will eventually get lifted but you'll never find out why it happened in the first place or told how to prevent it from happening again.

Aside from the loss of income hosts might suffer in this ordeal, the worst thing is that the host's established reputation doesn't seem to make any difference. Suspensions and bans happen to hosts with hundreds of amazing reviews, even while hosts with appalling reputations and illegal listings continue to proliferate. There's really nobody behind the wheel here.

Wow that is nuts. Are you still able to host  and communicate with guests who already booked with you?

Yes we can still receive the ones already booked and communicate with them but we loosing hundreds of $ everyday.
