I have been getting the run around from Airbnb staff regarding an issue with a guest booking! As a host I am feeling very upset and completely unsupported!
The case manager has not been in contact with me since the case began
now my messages are being ignored and calls are on hold !
I'm having the same problem. they said it was escalated to a case manager and they would call me back. the was on Tuesday. Now it's Friday and despite several more calls and messages, no one is responding. any other suggestions?
