I sent a message to Airbnb's support team a couple of days ago explaining that I am having big issues with payouts.
I have been given 2 Western Union (total 4000 USD) trace numbers which are flagged as invalid by Western Union, and 48h ago a payout of ~1600 USD suddenly disappeared from my account for no reason at all.
I immediately received a message telling me that my request would be transferred to the appropriate team but since then, despite many new messages sent, no reply or updates whatsoever. Is it normal for the support to be that long?
