What to expect on Whit Monday ?

Dobar dan... looked it up! @Branka-and-Silvia0
I visited Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Yugoslavia before the wall came down and picked up some phrases that seemed to be shared.
Guest used all new flexible options at once (including hot tub) and ended up here
@Branka-and-Silvia0 Yes, I have been seeing these "changes" for quite a while now - at least a month which is basically why I didn't think this was any big, great announcement.
I really appreciate the announcement (https://www.airbnb.com/2021/announcement) - it's everything I've been expecting about travel changes and it's a good confirmation. And yes, we have been hosting more longer term stays over the year. I've always wanted Airbnb to promote more longer term stays. I think the flexible search capability is brilliant - at least from the guest perspective.
My eyebrows raise a bit with the search by category feature. It seems like it's a bit of a narrow direction with issues ahead. First, there has to be so many categories of listings, how do they select which categories get shown first? I hope to get more transparency with that. Second, there's another post on here about someone's experiencing "amenity inflation", whereas their competitors are showing up in the Beachfront categories when they are clearly not beachfront properties - and they have to compete with that. With all of the multitude of languages to get categories correct, I'm sure there will be bumps along the way.
Either way, It's good to hear the announcement and I'm optimistic overall.
Lovely to see you on here @Karol22 . Welcome!
I enjoyed the announcement overall and am hopeful. Am not sure what the impact will be for us as Hosts its quite nerve wracking and I'm not very technical but will certainly give it a go!
Many thanks indeed for coming on to share your warm appreciation. Its really good of you and uplifting.
I agree that our front runners are ahead of the curve and are looking out for appropriate innovations. Your thoughts are very helpful so please continue to come in and to say how things are going for you and to offer ideas. You're in the right place.
