Sure can you tell me why our reviews by past guests aren't showing up and they're domestic, not international and they're sending me messages without even being prompted that they left a review but can't see it. 3 in past month now. As a superhost for the last 5 years, this is troubling and no it's not because of a pandemic. I had guests, They left reviews. A+B should =C- a review. Not an excuse.
I just got an error code when I tried to join a community conversation. 37FF74E2. Error code number. Said to contact system coordinator. Can't imagine I can do that as I can't even get regular support.
