Awaiting verification

I have a guest who has been trying to book for at least 5 days and is struggling.
I have sent her a special offer to see if that helped and now I have the dates pencilled in and it says
awaiting verification - it said that on her first booking 5 days ago and then that was cancelled.
I don't want to loose a weeks booking but ~I do not know what else to do .

I can see that she has had one review which was good but that was back in 2016.

@Lynda263 Your guest needs to download their ID and a selfie to finish the verification process. I’m pretty sure all new guest profiles need to do this as well I believe Airbnb is re-verifying older profiles as well. There is nothing you can do but let the guest know to finish the verification process. You could contact Airbnb and ask them to contact her and help with the process.
