Hi, I had a guest who dropped a bad review because she did not read the house rules, and she complaint about the house rules after she booked. I cannot write a comment on her review, how can I write a response to her review? Thxx
If there is a technical glitch and you can't respond to her comment, I would suggest you give Airbnb a call and ask them to resolve so you can make a response.
You can leave a Response to Review up to 30 Days after the Review was posted.
You can access this facility in a couple of ways.
1) If you have kept the email from Airbnb informing Guest left the Review, it gives you the option to write a Response.
2) On your Dashboard go to HELP.
'Search by Keyword': type 'Response to Review'
2 options in blue appear under 'Recommended Actions'
2nd option 'Leave A Review'
This will take you to your Reviews, and if it's within 30 Days of the Review, under it is written 'Leave a Public Response'
I have found that I can only do these responses when I use an actual computer. It never works using the app. One word of caution; choose your words very carefully. Remember you are actually addressing future guests that might read her review.
