Bad guest - what's the latest I can review them?

So it finally happened, after over 250 stays, we had a bad guest. This guest brought drugs onto the premise, smoked in the room (our whole house is no smoking) and left the bag of marijuana in the room when they left. This is illegal in our state, so we contacted the local police, but there wasn't much they could do since we didn't catch the guest in the act.

My question is, what is the very latest that we can review this guest? I'm very concerned about a revenge review since the police said they were going to give her a call. So I don't want to prompt this guest to review me. I also think it's important to review her, she's new to Airbnb and I want other hosts to be aware that there were issues.

@Trevor-Jess0   This thought process is a total waste of time. Airbnb already spams the guest with 3 emails prompting them to review, and if they have any interest in taking revenge they will do so. Quite often when hosts attempt to game the review deadline, they miss the cutoff and the guest goes on to be more hosts' nightmare.

Be aware, though, that if you explicitly mention marijuana or accuse the guest of criminal conduct in your review, it will be removed. Airbnb does not want to host content that can get them hit with a libel suit. The closest you can get would be something like "Unfortunately we can not recommend this guest; they did not respect our House Rules and there was evidence of smoking in our non-smoking home."
