Hi can someone help me please as I’m a rookie airbandb-er!

I had a guest request info on specific dates - by the time she decided to book her requested dates had been booked - I told her to choose my other listing but when she tries to reserve my 2nd listing, it just brings her back to our conversation? Can anyone help me please? X

Hi @Lynn1305,

Do inform your guest to clear her device data, cookie, and history. Log out and relog in again in the Airbnb App or web.

You can copy the link of the second listing and forward it to her, and make the booking, start the conversation messages again.

It will back to the same message conversation because both listings are under the same account.

If the guest sent you a request to book, she needs to cancel it.  Then she should be able to book your other space.
