Business entity for Sacramento

Hello everyone,

My husband and I just purchased a rental property that had a working Airbnb unit on the premises.  I am needing to apply for a business permit through the Business Permits & Taxes Department in order to continue the Airbnb business. 

 I am very new to the world of small business ownership, so I am not sure which Ownership type (Business entity) is usually used in the Airbnb business. 

The business will be run by my husband and me. 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
