Dear Brian,
Why is Airbnb offering free cancellation instead of trying to rebook our future guests? And if they can’t decide any new dates yet, why no keep the money paid as a credit for a future booking at the same property?
If you make it so easy for guest to cancel, then that’s what everyone will do!!
Many hosts depend on their Airbnb income to pay the rent, the costs of the study of their children or in our case, to pay the salary of our people (we are an incoming agency).
Please put some common sense into this because we won’t survive for more than 3 months if everyone cancels!
