I need help 

I had a renter that wanted to rent and check out on a day that someone was checking in and he couldn’t because it shows as unavailable

yes I have checked all my check in check out and cleaning it’s all good and I have not blocked days before or after 

anyone else having the same issue ????

And on which listing ?

Sorry, but this is nonsense !

On Airbnb people book nights, not days.  When your settings are correct (no preparation time set) a guest can check-out on same day another guests checks-in. For example: If a guest checks-in on the 9th, the 9th is not avaiiable to book. But the guest who reserved the 8th, checks-out on the 9th !

It’s not nonsense 

renter 1 has a reservation from 1/5-1/9

renter 2 wants to reserve from 1/1-1/5

dates are examples

but renter 2 can’t reserve because calendar says it’s booked 

I have 6 hours to do a flip plenty of time 

all my settings are correct

I have where they can book one night two nights whatever 

but in my pic above u can see that the 17th is checkout only 

I want them to be able to spend one night if they want
