Can no longer see reviews users left for others

I used to be able to click a potential guest's profile and see their reviews and there was button that allowed me to see reviews they left for others. Why is this no longer available? This information is important when deciding to approve a reservation request or not. If someone leaves many negative reviews obviously as hosts we would prefer not to host someone like this.

It seems to me that Airbnb is becoming more and more biased against hosts. They don't even seem to care when a host complains about issues like or the many issues with the entire review process.

Airbnb has never offered this feature. You can add specific extensions to your internet browser, like AirReview, which is not affiliated with Airbnb but works like what you are describing. Maybe you were using the AirReview extension but it's now been removed with a recent update? Just a guess.
