Can not sign in on new phone! The response is "there is an existing account...."

Can not sign in on my wife's phone with email address or phone number! How can I use my wife's phone to manage my reservation?

@Trevor252 if the cookies are preventing you from toggling between accounts, try accessing the site via Chrome in Incognito mode.
