Can't connect?

Can't connect?

Help please?
Though I have logged out and re-logged in, AND closed my wifi and reconnected, AND cleared my cache, I keep getting these messages (copied below). I cannot connect to anything and my current search is urgent.  Please help? What should I do?

The first message indicates your account is not allowed to access the requested information.

 

The second message indicates a technical issue, hard to determine if it is a local issue, a provider issue or an Airbnb (server) issue.

 

And last but not least:

can be local problem with firewall or even worse (virus...)

 

Try another device / connection  to check if problem persists.
