Hi! I have a guest who already stayed one night and will cancel her reservation due to the virus. Will the guest have to pay that night or however many nights she stays?
Not sure what the policy is with this emergency situation but I would think that she would have to pay for the nights that she did stay.
I don't think it covers after the guest check-in. If you refuse I think you get all of it.
@Ana20758 According to the latest message they just put out today, which you can read on the home page of the website, it says reservations already in progress will not qualify for the coronavirus cancellation policy.
