Canceling existing reservations

I would like to cancel the three remaining reservations I have in May and June in order to lease my apartment for a year. These three guests are likely to cancel themselves as two of them are related to weddings and another to an event which will also likely be canceled because of the virus. My question: Can I cancel  (without penalty, given the circumstances we are in) and block my Airbnb Calendar for 6 months or a year?

I had the same situation, due to pandemic. Try to get the guest to agree to a mutual cancellation, with full refund to guest, no penalty to either of you. All my guests agreed and now my calendars are empty so I can rent them long term.
