Dear team, please explain how
can this reservation be canceled on guests behalf for so called COVID-19 reasons??? The reservation is in almost month and a half and even at this moment today the situation in Poland and eastern parts of Europe is getting better!!! The only side losing money here is me-the host!! Why are
there terms and conditions for cancellation policy when you can change that at any time you want?? Wasn’t it possible to wait for a couple more weeks to see how the situation developes and then make action....come on almost 1.5 months in advance guests are canceling their bookings...
