Cancelled a reservation, but do not have access to my promised Travel credit

Hi there,

 

I cancelled my AirBnB reservation today, and since we booked before March 15th, we were given a 100% refund in the form of a travel credit, which we were told would automatically be applied on our next booking.

 

We then went on to book a new destination, and the travel credit was not applied, and does not show up under my "Payment options or coupon codes".

 

Does anyone have an idea of what may be happening?

Sounds like a system error to me.  Only a live Air BNB customer service person can assist.  Try callling early in the morning when call volume is lower.  Good luck!!
