Hello everyone, my name is Francisco from Panama City and I'm a new host on Airbnb.
About a week ago, I received a reservation from a guest from Czech Republic and during the check-in day the guest couldn't get past the immigration at the airport. Now on Airbnb, it says that I'm currently hosting him. What should I do? If I cancel it, I think there might be problems. I contacted the guest and kept reminding him to cancel the reservation but he is not answering me.
I contacted Airbnb 3 days ago but still haven't received a response from them yet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
