Cancelling a reservation from a guest who couldn't get past the immigration at the Airport

Hello everyone, my name is Francisco from Panama City and I'm a new host on Airbnb.
About a week ago, I received a reservation from a guest from Czech Republic and during the check-in day the guest couldn't get past the immigration at the airport. Now on Airbnb, it says that I'm currently hosting him. What should I do? If I cancel it, I think there might be problems. I contacted the guest and kept reminding him to cancel the reservation but he is not answering me.
I contacted Airbnb 3 days ago but still haven't received a response from them yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

@Francisco1505,

You don't need to do anything to the reservation.  It is the guest's responsibility to cancel the reservation, but probably hasn't done so since his inability to stay is out of your control, and he probably has travel insurance.  What has the guest said to you since he was turned back at the border?

Don't just believe what I say, check the Airbnb Help Center

After he got turned back at the border, he sent me a message saying "They didn't let me in because I'm citizens of Belarus. What a shame because I planned to spend my vacation in Panama City"
And that was also the last message from him.

@Francisco1505 if you do nothing you should get paid as normal. Absolutely do NOT cancel the reservation as you will be fined and the dates blocked. If the guest had cancelled then if you had resold the dates you could be generous and refund something to the guest.

There is no reason the guest can claim Extenuating Circumstances as he is responsible for his own visa/passport issues. He might claim Covid however!

Got it clear @Mike-And-Jane0. And I will definitely refund him. I don't know him but he is always welcome to Panama City.
Thank you for the help!
