One of the memories that I am fond of is when we did our very first Community Center Social. It was absolutely lovely seeing some of you, and being able to put a face to those we talk with on a daily basis

@Quincy

I got started to use the Airbnb since 2019.

However I hadn't used for a long time due to study hard in college.

In 2022, I resumed it and I decided to use the community café in Airbnb to meet some people with contract for a lots topics!

Thanks to it, I was able to talk some people and expanded my community.

Thanks and congratulations!🎂

Hi @Minako10, hope you're doing well! I love reading your posts in the Community Cafe board. After all, it's a board where we can talk about our hobbies, pets, and much more

How have things been going for you? Did you study any new languages?🙂

@Quincy

Thank you for your answering.😊

I always glad to talk with community centre users on this site.

If I was interested in about some topics, I will be picking it up or I will response

the best answer.

Sometimes the question is easy, but sometimes the question is hard....

but I can be enjoying that 😉

Now, I have studied new language.

Easy Conversation is better. but I still can't understand...

@Quincy great news it sounds like a Jackpot.

What I enjoy is meeting people/ hosts from around the world or reading their stories and what they have shared  ideas with their Airbnb's.

As they say the world is like an oyster when starting our Airbnb and the CC Forum but sometimes we find a pearl. Which I have found in communicating with other hosts and the CC Administration team when they reach out to you or meet on a Zoom meeting.

My latest pearl was meeting up with @Felicity11 and her family with a barbeque last week.

My next challenge is to meet up with a fellow Aussie who has helped me and many other hosts with advice and ideas for us@Robin4. I  am sure we will meet somewhere, sometime in Australia.

Lastly, I cant forget  @Clara116 who has been helpful when I first stated in 2020.

@Laurelle3

Laurelle, both our girls now live in NSW. The elder, Sarah lives just south of Pt Kembla, is a schoolteacher at Figtree in Woolongong and has a lovely house in Warrawong, and our younger daughter, Kate is a nurse on the central coast at Wyong.......

We get over there 3-4 times a year to spend some time with them, their partners and the grandies.....

We are next over there at the end of November for our eldest Sarah's 50th and we will be over there again in Feb next year for Kate's 48th.

I will be in touch with you in the hope that Ade and I can do a bit of a detour and catch up with you in Huskisson. You are not far south of Nowra so, it's not much out of our regular travel path.  I will try and talk Ade into spending an hour or two with you guys to have a bit of a chin-wag!

I will keep in touch Laurelle.

Cheers........Rob

@Robin4 great to hear from you I think you are a night owl too.

It would be good to catch up. We can always travel to meet you and Ade but we can make plans later.

Your happy grandchildren are your pride and joy as shown in the pictures.
