I have a guest who wants to change dates, I have done this for them but they can't figure out how to accept the changes. Although they received a text asking them to approve the change. As I can't see it from their perspective I don't know what instructions to give can anyone advise?
@Becky215 They need to login to their Airbnb account and then look in their inbox or at the specific booking. They will not be able to do anything via the text - that is just a pointer to go to their account.
