I am wondering some information about who uses any of these Channel Managers "MyVr.com", "365 villas" and "ownerrez.com":

1- Close dates - can you close dates in the channel manager itself?

2 - No Arrival / Departure- BDC (BK) - can you close one particular day, one particular night from arrival? Like nobody could to make a change so no one can book doing acheck in in a particular day.

3 - Create listings on different OTAs? Does it let you create listings on different OTAs using your current existing listing on a different OTA or you have to do it manually yourself?

4 - Edit description photos through it? - Can I Edit description on photos through it to the channel manager without have to go on website?

5 - Price- Percentage or per ad? Is the price a percentage of revenue or go to revenue listing on each site?

6 - Dynamic pricing? - does your for Dynamic pricing?

7 - User friendly?

8 - Mobile Version- Complete and easy to use?

9 - How long to Syncronize?

10 - Do you have Competitor research in the channel manager?
