Charge for Co-hosting

I am wondering how much of a percentage I should charge a host if we do not take the bookings but do:

-Cleaning

-24 on call Guest Support (all of our homeowners live out of town, so we provide guests with 24 hour assistance) example: early/late check in/out, all questions about the property, issues with entry/wifi, maintenance, etc..

-24 hour on call handymen

-Introduction email to guests

48 hours before their check in we email the guests with local events, attractions and instructions on entry of the property.

-Supply monitoring and delivery of supplies to unit

-Trash and recycling (cleaners take out if it lands on the day we clean it)

-Damage reports

Currently I am charging the homeowners $25 per booking for all of the above and we keep the Cleaning fee.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Melissa1537  I believe most co-hosts receive a percentage of every booking.  Search "co-hosting" at the top of this page and you'll see numerous discussions in this forum about it.  The percentages range from 20 to 40 percent.
