@Ronnisha1 One doesn't. The best you could do is to find a local Airbnb Facebook group and ask them nicely if they will let you join.

most host groups won't be happy for you to join just to promote your services.. @Ronnisha1 

 

if you want to target STR hosts then invest in advertising and marketing
