Cleaning fees are now TAT taxable

If you host an Airbnb in Hawaii please be advised of this announcement.  http://files.hawaii.gov/tax/legal/tir/tir19-02.pdf

Your cleaning fees are now considered resort fees as of 07-01-2019.  See Example 4.
