Cleaning on long term stays

How do you handle cleaning for longer term rentals?  I have someone staying a month and am unsure how I should handle cleaning the sheets and so forth... Do I just let them handle it or is it customary for me the lost to offer cleaning half way through the stay?

@Kathryn97 there is no rule. It is up to you. In my listings, stays over two weeks require midstay cleanings, charged to the guest.
