Cleaning

How do you get your listings cleaned? I have been doing the the cleaning myself, and I work pretty hard at it, but we have been getting some pretty hard hits on the cleanliness of my place.  (We allow dogs in the apartment, and it is an older home, cleaning it is tricky. I try really hard to make this known, but we seem to have disapointed customers frequently).

I am looking at professional cleaning services because obviously I need some help and I cannot find anything that charges less than $150.00 to change the sheets and clean the one bedroom apartment. Typically I rent the apartment for $65 a night, so you can see why this seems steap to me.

Are there services out there that offer cleaning services for less on these types of properties. I imagine it is easier to clean an Airbnb than a typical home so it seems that the price ought to reflect that.

@Adam1358  It isn't easier to clean an Airbnb than a regular home, it's more labor intensive.

But I suspect this isn't a legitimate post, as you have no listing as a host and only  joined Airbnb today, and your post is word for word a duplicate of an old post here.

I predict that what will follow is another fake post from another brand new account, recommending a cleaning service owned by you.

yeah mam i admit that it was copied a previous question, but i am facing the same issue. In previous one i couldn't find the proper answer according to me. So, i again posted it. here we are. and I dint find appropriate to reply there. i am looking for some agency type who provides such services.

@Adam1358 Can you post a link to your listing?

@Adam1358 If this link is correct then you listing appears to have been suspended. This will be more of an issue than cleaning I suspect.

Hello Adam, If you are in the Show Low Arizona area i can help you out.

@Sarah977 Does this post make your prediction true?!?

@Mike-And-Jane0  Perhaps. Who knows? I was expecting responses with a link or written contact info. Gotta love all the anonymous grey silhouettes, though.

@Adam1358  I clean my properties myself also.   I'd like to begin with a service, but I'm so nervous things wouldn't be up to par, that I haven't started the process yet.  However one guest with a dog, gave me a 4 no less on cleanliness, because she found some dog hair under the sofa, so unfortunately I had to stop allowing dogs, but that 4 on cleanliness really did me in.

Thank you mam, for your precious advice

@Adam1358 Instead of hiring a professional cleaning company which can cost you a lot of money (as you described) why don't you do some research and train yourself on how to become a better cleaner?
