Co-Host & Cleaning Services in Houston

Looking to bring on a Co-Host to manage my listing later this year (house is in Eado). Should i find someone local or reach out to a Property Management company? For those with experience in this, what are the typical fees you've encountered?

 

Also looking for solid, local cleaning, lawn and maintenance services in the area - if anyone in Houston has any recommendations, i would greatly appreciate it!
