Guests will always have access to the number of the person who Airbnb expect them to be interacting with the most for their trip, usually the primary host.
I’m the primary host on the majority of the listings I co-host so no problem- but for the ones where I’m just a co-host, I’ll always put my contact details in a message for guests so they don’t end up contacting the primary host/listing admin.
If you’re not the primary host on your co-hosted listings, I don’t know that there’s a workaround on the platform.
